Fidel Kussunga
CEO & Founder
Fidel Kussunga holds a Master's in Industrial Electronics and Computer Engineering from the University of Minho, Portugal, specialising in Automation, Control and Robotics, and in Information Systems Technologies. Over his career he built international experience between Portugal and Switzerland, working as an Embedded Software Engineer and later as a C++ Software Engineer in Geneva.
That background in embedded systems and low-level software engineering shaped BMST's technical approach. Over time he transitioned into production AI architectures, specialising in LLM System Architecture, multi-agent systems with LangGraph and LangChain, RAG and end-to-end enterprise automation.
This uncommon combination, embedded systems engineering paired with modern AI architecture, lets BMST go beyond office software and take on projects that demand real hardware control. It was this technical foundation, built between Portugal and Switzerland, that led him to found BMST, with the goal of bringing these capabilities to the Angolan market. Today the company operates between Luanda and Lausanne, uniting proximity to the local market with access to international standards and technology.
